About Us

Hello, my name is Robin Harrington, owner and teacher of Willow House Farm Preschool. I am a wife, mother of three, and proud Nana, to one.  I live just outside West Richland city limits on our 2.6-acre hobby farm (and future flower farm). I hold an associate degree in Elementary Education and a B.S. in Marriage, Family, & Human Development, and bring experience as a preschool teacher, paraeducator, and preschool family advocate.  I am passionate about early childhood education and believe children thrive when learning is rooted in nature, fresh air, imaginative play, and meaningful connections with animals. Early childhood education should be slow, meaningful, fun, and a little messy.  Creating joyful, nurturing experiences that support curious, healthy, happy children is at the heart of everything I do.

Parent Testimonials

"I am thrilled to share my heartfelt recommendation for Robin's Farm Preschool! Mrs. Robin played a pivotal role in paving the way for my son, nurturing his growth with a blend of love and kindness that’s truly exceptional.
From the moment we stepped onto the farm, it was clear that Mrs. Robin’s passion for teaching and the farm environment creates a unique and enriching experience for children. She is incredibly patient and kind, making sure every child feels safe and valued.
What I love most is how she fosters an atmosphere of curiosity and exploration. My son was encouraged to learn through hands-on experiences, whether it was tending to animals or discovering the wonders of nature. The lessons are infused with love, allowing children to express themselves and experiment freely.
I wholeheartedly recommend Robin's farm school to any parent looking for a preschool that prioritizes kindness, creativity, and hands-on learning. I only wish my kids were still young enough to attend this amazing place! Thank you, Mrs. Robin, for all that you did & do!"

"Willow House Farm Preschool really sparked my kids joy in learning. They felt loved, heard, and understood all while having fun and learning. Robin had 2 of my kids in class who have very different learning styles and they both grew and benefited in their time with her. I can whole heartily recommend Robin and her school."

- Gretchen

Willow House Farm Preschool was a truly wonderful experience for our daughter Leah.  Robin's warmth, care, and thoughtful teaching made it a place we will always be grateful for, with the added bonus of animals for the children to love and care for.  We would highly recommend this preschool to anyone and we miss it so much!  Leah still asks if she can go back.
